Committed to staying at the forefront of culinary innovation\, Chef Plemmons actively engages in ongoing education programs provided by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) while tirelessly contributing to various community food events and initiatives. \nHaving retired from his teaching position at Olympic College in June 2023\, Chef Plemmons eagerly anticipates the launch of his culinary class business\, Culinary Creations\, located in Cle Elum\, WA. Chris works with the Roslyn Downtown Association\, is passionate about education\, and is committed to culinary excellence.
