The Runner Stumbles 2026 – 5K run/walk & 10K race

July 5 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am

After a successful revitalization last year, The Runner Stumbles is back again! The 42nd Runner Stumbles will be held at Suncadia Resort based out of Nelson Farm. The 5K run/walk and 10K run will be on paved pathways and single-track trails in a forested setting. There will be free kids races!

Sunday, July 5th, Location: Nelson Dairy Farm at Suncadia, 2141 Swiftwater Dr, Cle Elum, WA 98922

Start Time for both races: 8:00 AM
Directions: From I-90 take Exit 80 (Roslyn/Salmon La Sac).  Go two miles north and turn left into Suncadia.  Follow the signs to Nelson Farm.

Awards and Post Race Ceremony
Awards ceremony immediately following race at Nelson Farm at 9:30.

There will be trophies for the top 3 finishers of both distances, and ribbons awarded three places deep for different age-groups . . so, there is a good chance that you, or the runner in your life, will take something home to remember the day by.
It will be a fun community event including refreshments, and a dash and drawing for the kids.
Proceeds from The Runner Stumbles will help support our really successful Cle Elum Roslyn High School cross-country program . . Great young people on and off the field. It will be a good day for a good cause.
