RDA CREATIVE CENTER Fry Bread Baking Class with Korina Polk Yakama given name Uskato (pronounced UH‑SKUH‑TOO) Join Korina for a special hands-on fry bread baking class at the Roslyn Downtown Association’s Creative Center.

Korina learned the recipe and began cooking fry bread for her growing family. Over the years, she has developed her own techniques and gained experience adapting ingredients while preparing this delicious traditional food. In this class, Korina will share what she has learned and teach participants how to make fry bread for their own families.
