Day of the Dead Dinner Cooking Class, A Mexican Tradition
Dishes to honor the memories of friends and family who are no longer with us. The Day of the Dead, or “Día de los Muertos” in Spanish, is a Mexican holiday celebrated on November 1st and 2nd. The holiday is characterized by a joyful and respectful remembrance, celebrating the lives of those who have passed away rather than mourning their loss. Tamales, mole, and elote are some of the foods eaten in honor of those who have passed.
