Chef Chris will demonstrate how to prepare six delicious sauces that will take your dishes from ordinary to extraordinary! 

You will get to taste each of the six preparations and learn which foods pair well with them. 

You will take home recipes for the following sauces and a tip sheet on how to make sauces your own! 

Beurre Blanc  – A classic French white wine sauce known for its rich, buttery flavor and smooth, velvety texture 

Beurre Rouge  – A rich, flavorful French red wine sauce that is a variation of beurre blanc 

Lemon CaperA tangy, vibrant sauce that combines the bright acidity of lemon with the briny, distinctive flavor of capers 

Chimichurri  – A vibrant, herby sauce from Argentina with parsley as the main ingredient 

RomescoA flavorful, versatile sauce from Catalonia, Spain, known for its rich, nutty, and slightly smoky taste 

Maple Sage CreamA rich and flavorful sauce that combines the sweetness of maple syrup with the earthy, aromatic notes of sage and the creaminess of a traditional cream sauce

Committed to staying at the forefront of culinary innovation, Chef Plemmons actively engages in ongoing education programs provided by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) while tirelessly contributing to various community food events and initiatives.

Chef Chris works with the Roslyn Downtown Association, is passionate about education, and is committed to culinary excellence. Chef Plemmons looks forward to continuing his legacy of inspiring and empowering future generations of chefs.
